Meet Chef Michael Rhodes

James Beard Nominee | Culinary Institute Graduate

Chef Michael brings 20 years of fine dining experience to Chattanooga. Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, he returned home to Tennessee to celebrate Appalachian ingredients and wood-fire cooking traditions.

His philosophy is simple: respect the ingredient, trust the fire, and let nature guide the plate. Every dish reflects his commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and bold, honest flavors.
